Someone said: "being a good teacher is like making wine. Knowledge is like the food, skill is like the distiller's yeast, and haste is only wine. Only after the fermentation of time, the scum precipitated and the essence released, can we get the wine of glycol.

2018年10月24日，無(wú)錫外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校小學(xué)國(guó)際課程中心的老師們齊聚一堂，參加全體教師第二次培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。首先，無(wú)錫外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校小學(xué)國(guó)際課程中心劉麗英副校長(zhǎng)主持大會(huì)，并以“回顧來(lái)時(shí)路，堅(jiān)定前行夢(mèng)”的為主題和老師們進(jìn)行交流。

Teachers from the International Curriculum Center of Primary School of WuXi Foreign Language School gathered together to participate in the second training activity for all teachers on Oct 24, 2018. First of all, Liu LiYing, vice President of the International Curriculum Center of Primary School of WuXi Foreign Language School, presided over the conference, and communicated with teachers with the theme of "looking back, walking forward and dreaming firmly ". 

在交流中，劉副校長(zhǎng)和大家一起深情回顧了自暑期八月以來(lái)至今全體教師齊心協(xié)力共同取得的一些成績(jī)。她肯定老師們“忙而不亂”，面對(duì)各種工作和任務(wù)能夠做到“有計(jì)劃、精過(guò)程、重配合”?？吹揭粡垙垳剀暗恼掌?，別有創(chuàng)意的視頻，老師們?cè)诨仡欀懈形虺砷L(zhǎng)，體會(huì)家一般的溫暖，活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)充滿了脈脈溫情。

During the exchange, vice principal Liu reviewed some achievements made by all teachers with deep emotion since August of the summer vacation. She admired that teachers were "busy but not chaotic" and can be "planned, refined and coordinated" in the face of various tasks and works. Saw the warm photos, and creative videos, the teachers felt the growth and the warmth of home, and the activity was full of tender feeling.

在一片溫情氛圍中，老師們從學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、家長(zhǎng)們的肯定和孩子們的成長(zhǎng)中感受到了前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力。為了提高大家分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力，老師們圍坐在一起，形成ABCD四個(gè)小組，針對(duì)不同的案例進(jìn)行熱烈討論。討論過(guò)后，老師代表們依次上臺(tái)分享展示解決方案。老師們的發(fā)言條理清晰，有的放矢。一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活的案例，一次次思維的碰撞，讓老師們?cè)谟懻摻涣髦虚_(kāi)闊了分析問(wèn)題的視野，加深了對(duì)教育理念的認(rèn)識(shí)，增長(zhǎng)了教育智慧。

In a warm atmosphere, the teachers felt the motivation to move forward from the school leaders, the parents' affirmation and the children's growth. In order to improve the ability of everyone to analyze and solve problems, the teachers sat together to have a heated discussion with four teams on different cases. After the discussion, the representatives went on stage to share solutions. The teachers speak with clarity and purpose. One by one vivid case, one by one collision of thinking, so that teachers in the discussion and exchange of broadened the horizon of analysis, deepened the understanding of the concept of education, increased educational wisdom.

雖然培訓(xùn)的時(shí)間只有短短的一個(gè)小時(shí)，但是老師們收獲頗豐。大家?guī)е鴿M足的微笑和昂揚(yáng)的斗志，投入下一階段的教育教學(xué)工作中。

Although the training time was only one hour, teachers had gained a lot. With a satisfied smile and a high morale, everyone was committed to the next stage of education and teaching.
